Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Where we ship from

We ship from our worldwide fulfilment warehouses, and your order will be dispatched from the location closest to your delivery address.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Promotional offers (such as our free bottle promotion) cover the cost of the product only — the shipping fee is payable by the customer.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@getbrightbite.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll happily reship it once you email us the corrected details.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.
